Sales of goods and services
This document governs the sale of goods made available on our site.
The goods we offer include:
• Works of art, numbered reproductions and all derivative products.
The properties linked to this document are the properties which are displayed on our site at the time you access it. This includes any products listed as out of stock. All information, descriptions or images that we provide about our goods are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every product or service we provide. You agree to purchase such goods at your own risk.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods on this site:

• PayPal
When you provide us with your payment information, you confirm to us that you have authorized the use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment details, you confirm that you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
If we believe that your payment has violated any law or any of our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to cancel your transaction.
Transport and delivery
When you make a purchase from our site, you agree and acknowledge that you provide a valid email and shipping address for the order. We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method. While we aim to provide you with an accurate estimate of shipping times and costs, these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Repayment
We believe that buying artwork online should give you the same experience as buying it in person. In the event that the work purchased does not meet your expectations or does not appeal to you, we will be happy to take it back and offer you another choice from the current inventory or a personalized work according to the colors you would like . If no work appeals to you, we will refund you in full. In both cases, the work must be returned to us in perfect condition.
In the event that a part is given as a gift, the same policy applies. It is essential that the work purchased be a favorite for its new collector.
Returns
In case of return, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase via info@isaartistepeintre.com with the subject RETURN.
Please note that shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable and return shipping costs and shipping insurance are your responsibility. For customers in Quebec, it is also possible to come and deliver the work to us in person, at the workshop, located in Lévis. Do not throw away your box and the original packaging, they will be used to send the work to us. Before issuing a refund, we will need to ensure that the artwork is returned to us in perfect condition.
If the work is damaged, no refund will be given.
Warranties
Limitation of Liability. Once the product or work has been received and accepted, the artist is no longer responsible for damage caused by the handling of the article, its installation, the place of storage and the temperature of storage. It is strongly recommended to avoid placing the artwork in the sun for a long time or at temperatures below 10 degrees Celsius.
Isabelle Plante will be held responsible for any problem arising from this site. Nevertheless, Isabelle Plante is not held responsible for any problem arising from any irregular use of this site.
Indemnity
As a user, you hereby indemnify Isabelle Plante from any and all liability, costs, causes of action, damages or expenses arising out of your use of this site or your breach of any of the provisions set out in this document.
Applicable laws
This document is subject to the applicable laws of Canada and is intended to comply with its necessary rules and regulations.
For EU residents, GDPR is the applicable law that governs this document. In case of incompatibility between a provision of this document and the GDPR, the rules of the GDPR will take precedence.
Divisibility
If at any time any of the provisions set forth herein are held to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable law, such provisions shall be deemed void and shall be severed from this document. All other provisions will not be affected by the laws and the rest of the document will still be considered valid.
